I did this and it worked fine but when i went back for more i somehow fucked up the file and the game didn't load to garage. I had to gain XP ingame (by completing a random objective like discovering a tower or trailer) and then it triggered the level up (directly to max). I put in 10000 and it was way above what was needed to get to max level.
